Per the Governor's emergency order, masks are now required upon entering a Birkey's location. Thank you for your cooperation.

 Updated May 29 @ 9:30 AM CST

The time is finally here! We are excited about reopening and welcoming you back into our stores!

Beginning Monday, June 1st, we are reopening our front doors to customers at all Birkey’s locations. As we do, we want to make sure our customers and team members feel comfortable and safe while inside our stores. We encourage you to call ahead or place your CNH parts orders online at www.birkeys.com/parts. Curbside pickup will continue at each location.

Your safety is important to us. That’s why, as our stores reopen, we ask customers to only access our facility through the front showroom door, practice social distancing of at least six feet, and request you wear face coverings when entering the building per CDC guidelines.

On behalf of the entire team at Birkey’s, thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. We appreciate your continued loyalty, and we look forward to seeing you!

Updated March 21 @ 5:00 PM CST

As spring planting and construction season will likely begin within a few weeks, Birkey’s is open and committed to providing you with the most seamless customer experience possible in these challenging times. We have stocked our parts departments and stand ready to support your equipment, parts, and service needs.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the recently issued “shelter in place” executive order by Gov. Pritzker of Illinois where certain businesses are defined as "Essential Businesses and Operations,” including those involved in the “manufacture, distribution, and supply chain for critical products and industries.” Those industries are specifically excluded from the order because of their importance to our national security and infrastructure. It specifically names agriculture and construction in the list of manufacturing companies, distributors, and companies producing and supplying essential products and services.

Because we are an essential business, our locations will continue to operate under normal business hours from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. To continue serving our customers safely and effectively, we will be preventing public access to our showrooms, parts counters, and sales offices effective Monday, March 23rd. Although the front door to our stores will be locked, our parts, service, precision, and sales professionals will continue to meet customer needs.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unusual time. We are prepared and focused on continuing to serve you!
